We are pleased to announce the launch of a new research project titled “Transition Metal Dichalcogenide Nanoflowers (TMD-NFs) for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Applications)”, funded by NCN Miniatura 9. The project, led by Dr. Wojciech Kukułka, will run from 2025 to 2026 and focuses on the development of innovative nanostructured materials for next-generation energy storage solutions. By exploring the unique properties of TMD nanoflowers, the research aims to address key challenges in energy efficiency and sustainability. We look forward to the exciting outcomes of this project and the contributions it will bring to the advancement of energy storage technologies.
We are delighted to share that Dr. Samanta Witomska, a member of the Hybrid Materials Laboratory, has been awarded the Scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for Outstanding Young Scientists in the 20th edition of this prestigious program (2025). This honor is awarded to researchers who demonstrate exceptional scientific achievements and innovation at an early stage of their careers. Dr. Witomska’s work at the intersection of materials science and hybrid technologies continues to make significant contributions to the scientific community. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Witomska for this well-deserved recognition and wish her continued success in her research.!
